Letter to be faxed (or emailed in PDF format) to SPbCU after Money has been wired
Due to banking regulations in Russia concerning transferred funds from out of the country, we must also receive from you the following letter. This letter enables SPbCU to receive the designated funds that you have sent. This is an official letter and can be faxed/emailed in PDF format to us at the following number/address: +7 (812) 747-26-47; secretary@spbcu.ru . This letter must be on your organization’s letterhead and signed by the Executive Director/Officer with an official seal or stamp of the organization. If the funds are being sent by an individual donor then they should create a personal letterhead and use this for the letter to be faxed to SPbCU (to send а donation from individuals, please, indicate your citizenship!). In the case of an individual the official stamp or seal is not required.

* Please note that when sending a wire the bank will deduct their fees from the wire if you do not pay them directly for the wire. This then changes the amount of money received in Russia and the amount listed in the letter will not corresponded with the amount received. This causes difficulty with the bank in Russia. Thus, if possible, please make sure that the amount stated in the letter is the exact amount that will be forwarded to our bank account in Russia
